- Stress at work
- The stress of packing for traveling
- Moving to a new place

This type of insomnia occurs in conjunction with other conditions like stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Such insomnia can also occur from a mental or physical condition that can make an individual uncomfortable whenever he/she tries to sleep.
